Cavalier Model Productions began in 1990 as a
small scale manufacturer of after-market
automotive components such as tail lights,
indicators and plastic and rubber parts.
The move into the world of models began when
we started producing resin car bodies for a
couple of local 1/43 model car makers. Gradually,
the auto restoration parts gave way to the hobby
industry.
1996 saw the introduction of our first 1/25 model
kit - a 1968 HK. A variety of Australian car kits
were produced until late 2003. The range came to
an end to make way for another project. Kits are
today commissioned and sold by another firm.
2004 saw the first release of "Road Legends".
Initially these were hand cast on the NSW central
coast in "cold cast bronze".For something
completely different we have introduced "Drag
Rodz" and "Bank Rodder" money boxes offering a
range of hot Aussie Street Machines, Wild
Customs and Drag Cars.
Drag Rodz and Bank Rodders are available from
hobby stores, tobacconists and most automotive
accessory outlets.
